Terms and Conditions

The following forms the terms and conditions for the Still Hungry Giveaway.

Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The competition will commence at 07:00am (AEST) on Tuesday the 27th of August 2024. 

Prize Details:

A Chin Chin Still Hungry Feed Me banquet for up to six people, cooked by Executive Chef Benjamin Cooper, at the winner’s home. 

Date of experience: dinner must be held on a mutually agreeable date, with blackout dates over key holiday periods. Please contact promotions@lucas.online to confirm and arrange the dinner. 

Location: the winner’s home, which must be located in Australia. 

Inclusions:

  • 1 x Still Hungry Feed Me banquet for up to six people, cooked by Benjamin Cooper. 
  • All ingredients required to cater the experience. 
  • Full onsite set-up and clean-up. 
  1. To enter this competition, participants must purchase the Still Hungry Cookbook during the Pre-Order period.
  2. The Pre-Order period is defined as 27 August 2024 to 23 September 2024. 
  3. The winner must claim their prize by emailing promotions@lucas.online with your order number by 4:00pm (AEDT) on Tuesday the 22nd of October 2024.
  4. The prize consists of: 1 x Chin Chin Still Hungry Feed Me experience. The package includes:
  • 1 x Still Hungry Feed Me for up to six people. 
  • Full ingredients catered for.
  • Set-up and clean-up included. 
  • Total prize is valued at $2,999 (AUD). 
  1. All other ancillary costs including but not limited to insurance, taxes, transfers and any and all other expenses are the responsibility of the winner. In the case that the winner does not consent to the dinner being hosted at their house, this prize may be claimed and held at Chin Chin Melbourne or Chin Chin Sydney instead. 
  2. The winner and the Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to agree upon a mutually suitable date for the dinner experience. However, if a date cannot be confirmed within twelve months from the initial notification of the prize, the prize will be forfeited, and no alternative compensation will be provided.
  3. Once a date has been agreed upon, the winner may request to reschedule the experience only once, with at least 30 days’ notice, subject to the Promoter’s availability. If the Promoter needs to reschedule, they will notify the winner as soon as possible to arrange an alternative date.
  4. The Promoter is not responsible for any failure to fulfil the prize due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, or other events beyond the Promoter’s control.
  5. The winner’s home must be accessible by standard road transport and have adequate kitchen facilities for the preparation of the meal as determined by The Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to assess the suitability of the location.
  6. The prize can only be claimed once. 
  7. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any consequential damages.
  8. Claimants must be over 18 (eighteen) years of age to be eligible to redeem the prize.
  9. Prizes are not transferable to another person. The chosen winner must be the collector of the prize. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
  10. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
