Cooking with Cooper returns for a limited series this November — and this time, Executive Chef Benjamin Cooper will be spreading the festive cheer as he teaches you how to wow your guests with a very merry Christmas feast.
You’ll enjoy a cocktail and snack on arrival, before getting hands on learning how to whip up a punchy nahm prik and other Chin Chin-inspired Christmassy things, including Cooper’s famed Sweet Fish Sauce-Glazed Ham. As always, there’ll be a post-class Feed Me feast to dig into as well, with plates ranging from Gai Yang to a spin on Christmas Pudding.
