Cooking with Cooper is getting an agave-flavoured shake-up this winter, as Herradura Tequila joins us for a special cocktail-fuelled take on Chin Chin’s fan-fave cooking classes from 12-3pm and 6-9pm on Sunday 22 June.

At each session, you’ll kick things off with snacks and a specialty cocktail, before a guided tequila tasting sees you sipping your way through a selection of Herradura’s top pours.

After that, you’ll learn the secrets to whipping up a signature Thai Margarita, get hands-on creating cocktail garnishes, and catch Executive Chef Benjamin Cooper showing you how to make his famed Northern-Style Curry of Braised Beef Cheek, Ginger and Cardamom.

As always, there’ll be a post-class Feed Me feast to dig into, this time featuring plates like Chilli Egg Fried Rice and BBQ Scallops with Curry-Spiced Corn — with a tequila cocktail to match, of course.

Tickets are $160pp, including the class, tequila tastings, cocktails and Feed Me banquet, with limited spots available.
