Join us trackside this March! Chin Chin Presented by American Express will be the only pop-up restaurant at the Formula 1 Qatar Airways Australian Grand Prix 2026, located in the Melbourne Junction precinct at the heart of the circuit.

On offer will be a $95pp set menu featuring Chin Chin classics, including Kinfish Sashimi, Beef Martabak Spring Rolls and Rendang Beef Curry.

Spaces are limited and popular dining times are expected to book out quickly. Please note that reservations are available to Formula 1 Qatar Airways Australian Grand Prix ticket holders only.
