Experience Executive Chef Benjamin Cooper as he takes you on a culinary journey through the flavours and intricate dishes never made the menu, serving you an unconstrained experience, paired with Riesling.
Chin Chin’s Head Chef Daniel Briggs will be joining Benjamin Cooper, who heating up the Chin Chin kitchen along side Cooper for the past decade.
