Our third cookbook ‘Chin Chin: Still Hungry’ is finally here — and to celebrate, we’re taking it on an Aussie tour!
This spring, Executive Chef Benjamin Cooper is hitting the road to host a series of dinner parties and cooking classes celebrating our latest collection of recipes. The dinner parties will see him whipping up a storm from the pages of the new cookbook for you to feast on, while the classes will riff on our much-loved Cooking with Cooper sessions, involving a hands-on masterclass followed by a sit-down Feed Me banquet.
We’ll be taking the tour to all three Chin Chin locations, as well as dropping in on good mates at the likes of Adelaide’s Arkhé. We’re also hitting Hobart for two special collaboration events at Mona with Executive Chef Vince Trim — a one-off dinner with matched Moorilla wines at The Source Restaurant, and a flame-fuelled barbecue party on the lawns served from the Heavy Metal Kitchen.
Plus, everyone who comes to one of our events at Chin Chin Melb, Chin Chin Syd, Club Chin Chin, Carlotta, Mona or Merricks Store can go in the draw for the chance to win an island-hopping getaway for two to Thailand.
