This snow bunny is swapping the big smoke for a taste of the big slopes! Dust off your skis and get set for a wintry adventure as Chin Chin takes Mt Buller, popping up at snow-side restaurant The Whitt for a flavour-packed takeover from Friday 31 July to Sunday 2 August.
For three nights only, we’ll be dishing up a special $120pp Feed Me, alongside exclusive signature cocktail Obsession Martini, which’ll warm you right up with its blend of vodka, passionfruit, shochu and more.
Expect plates like our famed Kingfish Sashimi, Corn Fritters with Chilli Jam, Char-Grilled Brisket with Sweet Soy, our famed Butter Chicken Curry and more, it’s the perfect end to a big day on the slopes. There’ll be vegan and gluten-free options available, as well as a special kids’ menu.
Spots are limited, with sittings from 5.30-8.30pm each night.
