The next edition of the Melbourne Food & Wine Festival sees Executive Chef Benjamin Cooper hitting the Mornington Peninsula for a flavour-packed weekend at one of the region’s best-known wineries.
On Saturday 28 and Sunday 29 March, the spectacular Pt. Leo Estate will host three unmissable collab events, fusing Chin Chin’s bold Southeast Asian flavours with a bright and lively taste of Spain. Here’s what’s on the menu as Cooper and Pt. Leo’s Josep Espuga join forces in the kitchen:
LAURA
The duo take over the winery’s flagship fine-diner for an exclusive five-course dining experience, with very limited tickets available for $350pp, including a drink on arrival.

PT. LEO RESTAURANT
Indulge in a special three-course long lunch at the estate’s namesake restaurant as the two chefs deliver a gastronomic fusion of Spanish and Southeast Asian influence. Tickets are $200pp, including a drink on arrival.

WINE TERRACE
The weekend wraps with an al fresco sunset fiesta overlooking the sculpture garden, rolling hills and ocean. Tickets are $150pp, including a welcome drink and a bespoke menu celebrating paella fusion, all soundtracked by soulful live tunes.
